Custom plans for Clients

Your vendors, projects, and departments. Connected.

Source work competitively, build a verified and trusted vendor network, and coordinate delivery across departments, properties, and outside companies.

Discuss a Client integration

Keep control of who you work with.

Bring vendors you already trust into your organization’s network. Invite selected companies to a project, reach your full approved vendor group, or seek additional proposals through the wider NormBid marketplace from providers who satisfy your requirements.

A broader competitive environment helps you compare quality, qualifications, availability, scope, and cost together. Your team controls the selection and approval process.

Three ways to source a project

Selected vendors: invite specific approved companies.
Your approved network: open the opportunity to eligible members of your organization’s vendor group.
Wider marketplace: reach additional relevant providers, subject to your qualification and procurement rules.

One organization account for invited vendors

The proposed custom workspace lets vendors register through your invitation and use the same organization access for future eligible projects. A later project invitation can notify selected vendors inside that workspace. Organization-sponsored access and wider marketplace membership are scoped separately.

Verification that follows your standards

Define your licenses, insurance coverage, certifications, business documents, and approval criteria. Set different requirements by trade, project, department, or risk level. Set the exact intervals for renewals and rechecks.

Managed verification and follow-up

An agreed managed service can handle collection, source checks for specified credentials, document follow-up, expiration tracking, and exception escalation. The scope identifies what is checked, against which sources, and who gives final approval. Your staff retain oversight and decision authority.

Department, property, and portfolio views

Give each team its own projects and tasks while leadership monitors activity across the organization. A property manager can oversee multiple associations or buildings; a hotel group can oversee properties; a municipality can separate departments with central administration.

Requests, budgets, and approvals

Configure request forms, scope templates, proposal reviews, budget fields, spending thresholds, and approval routing. Keep the reasons, documents, and decisions connected to the project for later review.

Post-award document management

Create project checklists with missing, submitted, awaiting review, approved, and needs-correction statuses. Request licenses, insurance, agreements, and other paperwork, with reminders and expiry alerts. Collection and review remain distinct from credential verification.

Contractors and their supply chain

Allow a primary contractor to bring its subcontractors or suppliers into an assigned project. With suitable permissions, your team can follow material availability, delivery updates, outstanding documents, and dependencies even where the contractor buys the materials.

Project progress and accountability

Track milestones, responsibilities, due dates, changes, outstanding questions, and completion records. Keep ongoing and completed projects available in the appropriate team views.

Reporting and existing systems

Scope reports on vendor readiness, proposal participation, approval turnaround, project progress, and unresolved items. Assess connections with your purchasing, finance, property, document, or other operational tools.

Work with local businesses. NormBid is based in South Florida. Custom sourcing can reflect your service-area needs and help qualified local vendors find opportunities while respecting your organization’s selection requirements.

Different organizations need different workflows.

Property & association management

Separate each property or association’s projects and approvals, maintain shared vendor records, and give regional or corporate management an overall view.

Hospitality & multi-location businesses

Coordinate maintenance, outside services, events, and property projects across teams, with shared vendor standards and property-specific responsibilities.

Cities & public-sector teams

Scope departmental access, vendor eligibility, procurement routing, records, reporting, and administrative controls with the responsible City teams. Wider marketplace participation remains subject to the agency’s rules.

Colleges & institutions

Coordinate departments, vendor requirements, purchasing approvals, and projects. Where appropriate, explore suitable opportunities and onboarding for local and student-owned businesses.

Questions about custom plans

Will all vendors see every project?

No. Project eligibility and record access are separate controls. Selected-vendor projects are limited to the invited eligible participants; each outside participant sees only the project information allowed by the agreed permissions.

Can we receive more proposals from NormBid?

Your organization can scope access to wider marketplace opportunities and relevant providers who meet its criteria. Participation depends on eligible provider availability; it does not replace your qualification or award process.

Can invited vendors participate without buying a separate marketplace plan?

Organization-sponsored participation can be included in the custom subscription for that organization’s eligible work. Access limits, participant numbers, and any use outside the organization are defined in the proposal.

What does verified mean in a custom plan?

It means the specified checks have been completed against the agreed criteria and sources, with dates and exceptions recorded. Submitted, reviewed, verified, and approved are distinct states. A check is not a guarantee of future performance or an endorsement beyond its stated scope.

Who maintains the system when a problem comes up?

Your designated administrator manages organizational access and configuration, department leads manage their workflows, and NormBid’s agreed support process handles platform issues. Escalation responsibilities and support arrangements are set before launch.

Optional add-on

Optional payments and billing

Give your organization a way to receive vendor invoices, make payments to contractors and suppliers, and receive payments where your workflow requires it, through your custom platform.

Payment features can be added to your integration based on your business needs, subject to payment-provider availability, approval, and applicable fees.

This add-on is scoped separately and is not included in every custom plan. Ask us about the payment workflow you would like to support.

Let’s map out what your organization needs.

Tell us how you work today, the systems you use, and where work gets held up. We’ll use that conversation to shape a tailored demonstration and proposal.
