Bring Clients, Service Providers, subcontractors, and suppliers into a connected workflow—from the first project request through delivery and completion.
Configure NormBid around your departments, locations, vendor standards, and existing systems, with the access and oversight each team needs.
A project can depend on approvals from a Client, documents from a contractor, and a delivery from a supplier. Custom NormBid plans connect those responsibilities to the same project so the people involved can update their part and management can see what needs attention.
Each subscription is scoped with your organization. The capabilities below are options to configure in your proposal, alongside implementation, training, support, and agreed integrations.

Create the request, set requirements, review proposals, approve decisions, and follow project progress.
Primary contractor or Service Provider
Coordinate the work, assign responsibilities, request documents, and bring approved subcontractors or suppliers into the project.
Subcontractor or supplier
Update assigned tasks, submit requested paperwork, and share relevant delivery or progress information without access to unrelated business records.
Management and platform administrator
Oversee locations and departments, manage permissions, monitor outstanding items, and route issues to the people responsible.
Built around the gaps in your current process.
We start with the tools and procedures you already use: where information gets entered twice, approvals stall, documents expire, or updates disappear into calls and email threads. The integration scope follows those needs.
How we shape a custom plan
Understand
Map your teams, outside participants, current tools, and priorities.
Demonstrate
Show a workflow tailored to your use case, with sample projects at different stages.
Start with a scoped pilot, onboard participants, train staff, and review results before expanding.
Custom scope. Clear pricing.
Custom plans are quoted around your users, locations, workflows, integration complexity, verification service, storage, and support needs. Your proposal separates any setup or migration charges from the ongoing subscription and identifies optional services. Pilot scope, fees, and expansion terms are agreed before work begins.
Standard Client accounts remain free for posting and managing their own projects. A custom organizational subscription covers the additional shared workflows and services you choose.
Questions about custom plans
Is this a custom website?
This is an organizational subscription to NormBid, configured around how your teams and outside businesses work together. The scope can include dedicated workspaces, permissions, workflows, integrations, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Can we keep the systems we already use?
Yes. We assess integration options with your existing tools. Depending on the system, this could use approved APIs, webhooks, or agreed data imports and exports. Available access, licensing, security, and technical constraints are checked before a connection is included in your proposal.
Can we begin with one department, office, or property?
Yes. A pilot can focus on a specific workflow and group of participants, then expand to other departments, locations, or properties based on the agreed results.
Can you configure industry-specific requirements?
Yes. We can scope different approval steps, document checklists, eligibility rules, reporting, and renewal periods for different organizations. Public-sector configurations are reviewed against the organization’s procurement, records, accessibility, and security requirements before rollout.
How is access protected?
The proposed access model defines who can view, edit, approve, export, or administer each record. Security, audit history, retention, backup arrangements, and any additional identity or contractual requirements are part of discovery and the agreed delivery scope.
Are opportunities or savings guaranteed?
No fixed project volume, contract award, or savings amount is promised. We agree measurable pilot goals, such as less follow-up time, faster document turnaround, or improved visibility, and assess results against them.
Optional add-on
Optional payments and billing
Give your team, clients, vendors, and suppliers a way to send invoices, make payments, and receive payments through your custom platform.
Payment features can be added to your integration based on your business needs, subject to payment-provider availability, approval, and applicable fees.
This add-on is scoped separately and is not included in every custom plan. Ask us about the payment workflow you would like to support.
Let’s map out what your organization needs.
Tell us how you work today, the systems you use, and where work gets held up. We’ll use that conversation to shape a tailored demonstration and proposal.
